Fitness expert and Bravo reality star Greg Plitt died Saturday after being struck by a train in Burbank, Calif. He was 37. Plitt was struck at about 4 p.m. Saturday on the train tracks north of the Burbank Metrolink Station. He was pronounced dead at the scene and police are investigating, but do not believe his death was a suicide. Police told People that a camera was found near the scene and it appears that Plitt was filming something at the time of his death, he had previously posted videos of himself working out on or near train tracks. A former U.S. Army ranger who went on to work as a fitness instructor, model and motivational speaker, images of Plitt's body were used to create Dr. Manhattan's physique in the 2009 film Watchmen. Plitt appeared on Bravo's Work Out in 2008 and returned to the network this year for the reality show Friends to Lovers, which premiered on Jan. 12. After hearing of Plitt's death, Bravo's Andy Cohen tweeted Sunday that he viewed him "like Superman."

With the debate over Daryl Dixon's sexuality finally over, The Walking Dead has yet to introduce an openly gay male character to its cast. But during a recent episode of Talking Dead, Robert Kirkman, who created The Walking Dead comics and serves as an executive producer on the TV series, revealed that a prominent gay male character from the source material will make an appearance on the show in the second half of Season 5. I think we found him. Actor Ross Marquand has joined the zombie drama as a series regular, and though his role is being kept secret as of now, he speculates that Marquand will play Aaron, a gay resident of the Alexandria Safe-Zone. In the comics, Aaron is a recruiter, of what, I'm not sure, along with his boyfriend, Eric. Marquand is a relative unknown with a quiet show-biz resumé; his credits include a one-episode stint on Mad Men and the voice of Han Solo in Phineas & Ferb's Star Wars episode.

Actor Liam Neeson attacks gun ownership in the United States as he wields a gun himself at bad guys in the third "Taken" movie. "I think the population is like, 320 million? There are over 300 million guns, privately owned, in America, I think it's a [expletive] disgrace," the Taken actor said. "Every week now we're picking up a newspaper and seeing, yet another few kids have been killed in schools." Neeson plays retired CIA agent Bryan Mills in "Taken 3," in which he is framed for murdering his ex-wife, and he uses a gun to fight his attackers. "I grew up watching cowboy movies, loved doing that [gun gesture] with my fingers, ‘Bang, bang, you’re dead!’ I didn’t end up a killer. I think that’s something the power of cinema can be," he said. "A character like Bryan Mills going out with guns and taking revenge: its fantasy," Neeson explained. "It’s in the movies, you know? I think it can give people a great release from stresses in life and all the rest of it, you know what I mean? It doesn’t mean they’re all going to go out and go, 'Yeah, let’s get a gun!'" he added.

Phylicia Rashad is breaking her silence on the sexual abuse allegations against her longtime co-star Bill Cosby. The 66-year-old Tony-winning actress, who co-starred with Cosby for 10 seasons as Clair Huxtable on NBC's The Cosby Show, defended the embattled comedian. After first prefacing her comments by saying she didn't "want to become part of the public debate," she went on to say that she had never seen any behavior by Cosby to suggest there is any truth to the decades-old abuse allegations that have resurfaced in recent months. "Forget these women," Rashad said of the many women who have made claims in the media. "What you’re seeing is the destruction of a legacy. And I think it’s orchestrated. I don’t know why or who's doing it, but it's the legacy. And it's a legacy that is so important to the culture. Someone is determined to keep Bill Cosby off TV," Rashad continued, referring to people other than the accusers. "And it’s worked. All his contracts have been canceled." She lamented that the legacy of the Cosby Show, a family-friendly comedy once beloved by millions of viewers, is now "being destroyed." When asked why Cosby has chosen to largely remain silent in light of the claims, relying instead on his legal team to deny them, his longtime TV wife said: "If he spoke now, what do you think the media would do with it?" "Unfortunately, in the court of public opinion everyone has formed their opinion, but we're still in America and you're innocent until proven guilty of any crimes," Pulliam said. She declined to say more about the claims but praised the comedian for his philanthropic work.

The celebrity guests included Reese Witherspoon, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Madden's twin brother and band mate Joel Madden and his wife Nicole Richie. Nicholas Sparks, whose popular romance novels have turned him into a household name in households that include members of the female sex, has separated from his wife of 25 years. Sparks confirmed the news himself. "Cathy and I have separated," he said. "This is of course not a decision we've made lightly," he continued. "We remain close friends with deep respect for each other and love for our children. For our children's sake, we regard this as a private matter." Sparks met Cathy during his senior year at Notre Dame and the couple wed in 1989. They are parents to five children, Miles, Ryan, Landon, Lexie and Savannah. Sparks has gone on to write 17 novels, many of which have been turned into successful feature films, including The Notebook, A Walk to Remember, The Last Song, Nights in Rodanthe and the soon to be released The Longest Ride, starring Britt Robertson.

Actor Dustin Diamond, better known as the generously coiffed and endearing geek Screech in the 1990s teen high-school drama Saved By The Bell, has been ordered to stand trial for a stabbing that happened on Christmas day. A Wisconsin judge charged Diamond, 37, with reckless endangerment, carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred in a Port Washington bar late on Christmas night. Diamond and his fiancée, who both live in the quaint Milwaukee suburb, allegedly got into it with two men and a woman, Diamond told police that he accidentally stabbed one of the men when he was defending his fiancée. The man suffered non-life-threatening wounds near his armpit. Police found a switchblade in Diamond's car shortly after the kerfuffle. If convicted, Diamond could face 10 years in jail.

Kirstie Alley has debuted a new body, again. The actress says she's dropped 50 pounds!

Alley revealed her weight loss on Today, telling Matt Lauer that she kept her promise that she'd dropped the weight by the New Year. Back in April, Alley, who's a paid spokesperson for Jenny Craig, said she planned to drop 30 pounds. Although she said she has an easy time losing weight, she struggles with keeping it off, but "this time it's different, my goal is to keep this and maintain this throughout my life," the actress explained. "I feel like I've conquered that now. I'm sort of hardheaded. You know, when I used to do drugs, it took me a while to quit, quit, quit, and then it was done. And I feel like that's occurred for me with my weight now."

Alley, who turns 64 soon, has been open about her weight struggles. Back in 2006, the Cheers alum walked on to the Oprah show in a bikini, showing off her 75-pound weight loss, but then put some of the weight back on before her first stint on Dancing with the Stars in 2011.

Cosby’s TV daughter, Keshia Knight Pulliam, has finally addressed the rape allegations against him. On Sunday's premiere of Celebrity Apprentice, Pulliam, the project manager for her team's task, was heavily criticized and ultimately fired for not calling Cosby for donations. At the time of filming nearly a year ago, and prior to the onslaught of accusations against Cosby, the actress said she hadn't spoken to him in five years and felt uncomfortable reaching out for money in a lengthy, now-awkward boardroom scene. "I really believe, if you'd called that gentleman, he would've helped you, even if you hadn't spoken to him in years. What I can say is this: I wasn't there, no one was there, except for the two people to know exactly what happened," she said. "All I can speak to is the man I know and I love the fact that he has been such an example and you can't take away from the great that he has done, the millions and millions of dollars he has given back to colleges and education, and just what he did with The Cosby Show and how groundbreaking that was."

More than 20 women have come forward since November with sexual assault allegations against Cosby. When asked if she was shocked by the allegations, Pulliam added, "Ultimately it's just that: allegations. And it's been very much played out in the court of public opinion. But we're still in America where you're innocent until proven guilty and I wasn't there and that's just not the man I know, so I can't speak to it."

The Los Angeles Police Department has opened an investigation into allegations that Bill Cosby molested a 15-year-old girl. Judy Huth, who is currently suing the comedian for sexual battery and emotional distress, alleges that Cosby forced her to perform a sex act on himself in 1974. LAPD officer Jane Kim said that after meeting with Huth, the department decided to open an investigation on Friday. Cosby and his lawyer continue to deny the allegations. They recently filed a counter-suit against Huth, claiming she tried to extort $250,000 and attempted to sell her story to a tabloid ten years ago. More than 20 women so far have come forward accusing Cosby of sexual abuse. Police Chief Charlie Beck has urged any potential victims of abuse by Cosby to speak to detectives, whether or not the incidents fall outside the statute of limitations.

With a name like Porsha, this shouldn't be a surprise. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams was pulled over for speeding and subsequently arrested for driving on a suspended license in Atlanta. The police took Williams, 33, to jail, where she posted a $1,726 bond and was released, but Williams claims she had a good excuse for zipping down the highway. "I was headed to visit my grandfather who is very ill with cancer in the hospital, and I was pulled over," she said in a statement. "I was wrong for speeding absolutely and apologize for putting anyone at risk. I tried to explain the situation to the officer and show him that all my paperwork was in order, but he refused. Handcuffs are not comfortable or a good look for anyone." This is Williams' second arrest this year. In April, she was charged with battery after fighting with Real Housewives of Atlanta costar Kenya Moore during the show's reunion episode.

Lindsay Lohan was hit with some unfortunate news while on her holiday vacation. The 28-year-old actress revealed recently that she has been diagnosed with Chikungunya, a rare, untreatable virus that is spread through mosquitos. The virus causes sudden onset fever, which usually lasts two to seven days, and joint pain that last weeks, months and sometimes years. Following her run in David Mamet's Speed the Plow in London, Lohan had been vacationing in French Polynesia. However, she isn't letting the diagnosis completely dampen her spirits. "In good faith with good people. I refuse to let a virus [affect] my peaceful vacation be safe and happy on the new year all," she captioned a selfie the following day.

Sean Penn & Charlize Theron got engaged this past November while visiting Paris. The couple "decided to take their relationship to the next level," a source told the magazine. Theron, 39, and Penn, 54, first stepped out together a year ago in December 2013. It's been quite easy for the couple to keep their engagement under wraps since there is reportedly no engagement ring. This would be the third marriage for Penn, who was married to Madonna for four years and to Robin Wright for 14 years. Theron has never been married before and has spoken out about her feelings against a typical marriage. "Let's put it this way: I never had the dream of the white dress. Gone Girl’s Kim Dickens has been cast as the female lead in the Walking Dead spin-off. Dickens will play a guidance counselor who is dating a divorced teacher at the school where she works, played by The Missing's Cliff Curtis. Though she might look like the girl next door, Dickens' character has a darkness to her and a troubled past that will come back to haunt her. Frank Dillane and Alycia Debnam Carey also star in the pilot as Dickens' two children from a previous marriage. In addition to Gone Girl, Dickens has starred on Treme and Deadwood, and recurred on Friday Night Lights and Sons of Anarchy, she is also set to recur on Season 3 of House of Cards, which premieres in February. Production on the Los Angeles-based spin-off pilot will begin in early 2015.

She says, "I pushed myself away and ran to the bathroom and threw up. I was feeling really ill, I left the bathroom and he wasn't there. I don't know where he went. But I left right away."

In 1967 Carla Green, a Playboy Bunny working at The Playboy Club in Los Angeles, goes on a date with a friend of Cosby's who takes her to the comedian's house. Towards the end of the evening, when she and Cosby are alone playing pool, she says he attacks her. He "grabbed me in such a powerful way. Grabbing me," she says. "He was much bigger than me. Much bigger and he pulled me so hard and so rough, and then kissed me so hard, right in the mouth." She was able to push him away and then left immediately.

1969 Alleged Cosby Rape Victim Joan Tarshis

In 1969 a then 19 year old aspiring comedy writer, Joan Tarshis, claims that Cosby fixed her a redeye Bloody Mary topped with beer, in his bungalow while they work on material for The Bill Cosby Show. "The next thing I remember was coming to on his couch while being undressed. Through the haze I thought I was being clever when I told him I had an infection and he would catch it and his wife would know he had sex with someone, but he just found another orifice to use," she says. She later attends a Cosby stand up set and has another redeye. "I remember feeling very, very stoned and asking his chauffeur to take me back to the car," she says. "The next thing I remember was waking up in his bed back at the hotel, naked. I remember thinking 'you old shit, I guess you got me this time, but it's the last time you'll ever see me.'"

1970 Alleged Cosby Rape Victim Tamara Lucier

In 1970 the model Tamara Lucier alleges that she met Cosby for lunch in Los Angeles. She was suffering from the flu and Cosby gives her two capsules of what he said was cold medicine. The medicine makes Lucier "stoned," and Cosby offers to drive her home. Once at her home, Cosby allegedly begins to grope and kiss her as he takes her clothes off. Lucier says she began throwing things and threatened that things were "going to go very badly" if he tried to rape her. She says Cosby left soon after, but also left two $100 bills on Lucier's nightstand.

1971 Alleged Cosby Rape Victim Louisa Mortiz

In 1971 the actress Louisa Mortiz claims that Cosby allegedly forces her to perform oral sex on him in aTonight Show greenroom. She says, "He took his hands and put them on the back of my head and forced his penis in my mouth, saying, 'Have a taste of this. It will do you good in so many ways,'"

1982 Alleged Cosby Rape Victim Janice Dickinson

In 1982 the up and coming actress Janice Dickinson meets with Cosby in Lake Tahoe to discuss a possible job offer. After having dinner together, she says he gives her a glass of red wine and a pill to help ease menstrual cramps. "Before I woke up in the morning, the last thing I remember was Cosby in a patchwork robe dropping his robe and getting on top of me," she says. "And I remember a lot of pain."

1984 Alleged Cosby Rape Victim Beth Ferrier

In 1984 Beth Ferrier begins a six-month-long affair with Cosby. He ends it abruptly, but then invites her to a club in Denver, where she lives, to see him perform. Ferrier says Cosby gave her what he called her favorite coffee, something he made to relax her, and she begins to feel woozy. Several hours later, she says she woke up unaware of what had happened. "I was in the back of my car all alone," she claims. "My clothes were a mess, my bra was undone and my top was un-tucked." Ferrier says she later confronted Cosby at his hotel and he told her that she just had too much to drink.

1986 Alleged Cosby Rape Victim Barbara Bowman

In 1986 Cosby's then-protégé, alleges he forced her to masturbate him in a Reno, Nevada hotel room. In a later incident at his Manhattan townhouse, she says she woke up nauseous in a men's T-shirt after a glass of red wine. After a similar incident in Atlantic City, she says Cosby summons her to his room, where he threw her on the bed and braced his arm under her neck so she couldn't move her head, and he started trying to take his clothes off. I remember all the clinking of his belt buckle, and he was trying to take my pants down, and she was trying to keep them on. After she resists his advances, he cuts off contact and has an escort take her to the airport for a flight home. She later sees a lawyer who "wouldn't take it seriously," according to a friend who went with her to the appointment.

1992 Alleged Cosby Rape Victim Angela Leslie

In 1992 an aspiring model and actress, Angela Leslie sends Cosby a photograph and letter, she then meets him in Las Vegas. She says she is summoned to his room, where Cosby makes her a stiff drink and tells her to act drunk. "I tasted it and put it down. Then he asked me to go into the bathroom and wet my hair, when I walked back out, he had removed his clothing and gotten into bed”. Then, she says, he began rubbing against her before pouring lotion into her palm and pulling her hand under the blankets. "With his hand on top of mine, he had me massage his penis," she says. "He masturbated with my hand."

2004 Alleged Cosby Rape Victim Andrea Constand

In 2004 director of operations for Temple University's women's basketball team, Andrea Constand, visits Cosby, whom she had met in 2002, at his Pennsylvania home to discuss career advice. After allegedly giving her herbal pills to help her with her anxiety, Constand says Cosby "touched her breasts and vagina area, rubbed his penis against her hand, and digitally penetrated" her.

Yet another woman has come forward to accuse Bill Cosby of sexual assault. Chloe Goins claims that she was drugged and awoke to find Cosby licking her toes during a party at the Playboy Mansion in 2008. Goins says she attended the party at the invitation of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner. She claims that Hefner introduced her to Cosby and then offered her a drink. She was just 18 years old at the time.

"I wasn't really supposed to drink because of my age," Goins tells the Daily Mail. "Everything kind of went a little foggy. I started feeling sick to my stomach and just dizzy." Goins says the comic escorted her to a bedroom where she later woke up naked to find Cosby fondling her feet and masturbating. "I came to and remember seeing this big man crouched over me," she says. "It was Bill Cosby, and he was at my feet, kind of licking and kissing them and I think he bit my toe and that's what woke me up." Goins claims that Cosby ran from the room when he realized that she was awake.

Randy Quaid and his wife went to Canada and now they're not allowed to come home ... so they're suing the United States Secretary of State so they can return to their homeland. Seems Randy and Evi are paying the piper for all the trouble emanating from some hotel hijinks. They skipped out on their $10K hotel bill in 2009 by using bogus credit cards. Criminal charges were filed but they evaded authorities and felony arrest warrants were issued.

Randy and Evi went to Canada in 2010 but there was a big problem ... they're fugitives from justice because the felony warrants are still active. So the U.S. government revoked their passports. They've tried to get asylum in Canada but the government shut them down. The couple just filed a lawsuit against John Kerry, claiming they have been illegally deprived of their legal identity as American citizens.

Bill Cosby’s wife just broke her silence and fiercely defended her husband over various sexual assault allegations, saying, "He is a kind man, a generous man, a funny man, and a wonderful husband, father and friend. He is the man you thought you knew." Camilledidn't attack her husband's accusers, but said the media has been way to quick to pass judgment, saying, "A different man has been portrayed in the media over the last two months. It is the portrait of a man I do not know."

She then zeros in on the accusers saying, "It is also the portrait painted by individuals and organizations whom many in the media have given a pass." Camille warns, "We all followed the story of the article in the "Rolling Stone" concerning allegations of rape at the University of Virginia. The story was heart-breaking but ultimately appears to be proved to be untrue." She adds, "Many in the media were quick to link that story to stories about my husband." And her final salvo ... "None of us will ever want to be in the position of attacking the victim. But the question should be asked -- who is the victim?"

Scott Strapp, the former front man of the alternative rock band Creed, may have made some disturbing comments that might be the result of a psychotic episode. Stapp's wife Jaclyn Stapp called 911 to tell authorities that Stapp claimed to be a CIA agent and was on a mission to kill President Barack Obama. Stapp's sister-in-law was also on the call and told the police that Stapp had been shirtless and riding a bicycle around the neighborhood with a backpack full of hundreds of printed-out CIA documents that Stapp had found online.

"He thinks he's part of the CIA," Jaclyn says on the 911 call. "He thinks they're trying to kill him and he has a bunch of paperwork in his backpack that says he's a CIA agent and he was supposed to assassinate Obama." Stapp's wife and sister-in-law pleaded with authorities to place Stapp in psychiatric hold, but police determined Stapp did not show enough troubling behavior to be taken to a psych ward.

The Secret Service said, "We are aware [of the incident] and we'll take appropriate action”. The bizarre behavior comes a few weeks after Stapp posted a video on Facebook saying that he was completely penniless and homeless, and accused his record label and others of stealing money from him. Jaclyn recently filed for divorce from Stapp, claiming the ex-rocker was delusional from abusing drugs, and was awarded sole custody of their three children on Friday.

Fox News reporter Dominic Di-Natale has been found dead of an apparent suicide, he was 43. Di-Natale's body was found Wednesday in Jefferson County, Co., where Di-Natle owned property, after a friend reached out to officials about Di-Natale’s state of mind. According to Fox News, the international correspondent had been struggling with undisclosed health issues.

"We were extremely saddened to learn of Dominic's passing and send our deepest condolences to his family and friends," said a statement from a Fox News spokesperson. "He was an esteemed journalist and an integral part of our news coverage throughout the Middle East."

Since joining Fox News in 2007, Di-Natale covered some of the most major news stories, including the death of Osama Bin Laden and the Ferguson protests. Most recently, he had been freelancing for the network in Los Angeles until he resigned on Nov. 30.

Angelea Preston, who competed on Cycle 14 of the reality show before returning and winning Cycle 17, has filed a lawsuit against Tyra Banks. Preston alleges in her suit that she never received her grand prize because she was disqualified for previously having been an escort. She is suing for breach of oral agreement, breach of written contract, as well as intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress, the latter because she claims the show withheld medical treatment for at least 10 minutes when she had an anxiety attack to make for better TV.

Additionally, Preston is suing for failure to pay minimum wage, failure to pay overtime wages, failure to provide meal and rest breaks and unfair business practices, citing working conditions for the show's contestants. She is suing for damages on all eight accounts and says she believes she is owed at least $3 million. The CW issued the following statement in response to Preston's suit: "As noted during the broadcast of the America's Next Top Model finale in 2011, information about Angelea was learned after production wrapped on that cycle that led to her disqualification from the competition. We are confident that her lawsuit has no merit."

Actor Dimitri Diatchenko was recently arrested and charged with allegedly killing and eating his ex-girlfriend's pet rabbit and threatening to do the same to her. Diatchenko, 46, faces one felony count of cruelty to an animal with the use of a knife and another felony count for allegedly making criminal threats, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office said in a statement to the site Thursday. He is due to be arraigned on Dec. 30.

In the famous 1987 film, Glenn Close's character breaks into the home of Michael Douglas character and kills his daughter's pet rabbit and boils it on the stove after he ends their extramarital affair. According to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office's statement, Diatchenko and his ex continued to live together for some time after the end of their relationship. When she said they shouldn't live together anymore, the actor then killed, skinned, cooked and ate half of her rabbit on Dec. 7 when she was not home. He then sent her pictures of each of the various acts. When she returned, he allegedly threatened to do the same to her.

Diatchenko was taken into custody that afternoon and released almost 24 hours later after posting a $50,000 bond. If convicted, he faces a possible maximum sentence of four years and eight months in jail. Diatchenko played a Russian gangster on two Season 4 episodes of Sons of Anarchyand portrayed a character named Dimitri Romanov on Bones earlier this year. His other credits include 2 Broke Girls, How I Met Your Mother, Burn Notice, and Perception as well as films like Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull and Get Smart.

Bill Cosby is being sued for defamation, as another former supermodel has come forward saying he abused her. Supermodel Beverly Johnson says Cosby attempted to assault her after she auditioned to be an extra on The Cosby Show in the 1980s. "I needed a big break badly and appearing on The Cosby Show seemed like an excellent way of getting Hollywood's attention," she writes. "Cosby asked what I wanted from my career going forward. He seemed genuinely interested in guiding me to the next level. I was on cloud nine."

Johnson says Cosby invited her to his brownstone to rehearse lines and offered her an espresso that he had prepared in his personal machine. "I knew by the second sip of the drink Cosby had given me that I'd been drugged, and drugged good," she writes, adding that she immediately began yelling at the comedian. "I recall his seething anger at my tirade and then him grabbing me by my left arm hard and yanking all 110 pounds of me down a bunch of stairs as my high heels clicked and clacked on every step. I feared my neck was going to break with the force he was using to pull me down those stairs."

Johnson says she remembers Cosby shoving her into a taxi, and that she woke up in her own bed the next day with no memory of how she got home. According to Johnson, she decided to confront Cosby about the incident and called his house a few days later, but backed off after his wife answered and said it was too late for them to take calls. She eventually decided to let the issue drop. "In the end, just like the other women, I had too much to lose to go after Bill Cosby," she writes. "I had a career that would no doubt take a huge hit if I went public with my story and I certainly couldn't afford that after my costly divorce and ongoing court fees." At the same time, another of Cosby's alleged victims, Tamara Green, is suing the actor for defamation. A lawyer for Tamara Green says Cosby's flat denials of her claims that he drugged and raped her in the 1970s in effect mean he has "publicly branded Plaintiff Green a liar."
