    Dish Network subscribers were unable to watch Fox News Channel and the Fox Business Network on Sunday when the channels were taken down as part of contract negotiations. The Fox blackout is just the latest skirmish as cable and satellite TV providers fight with networks over subscription fees. Dish Network just settled disputes that led to the temporary blackout of some local CBS stations and a separate blackout related to Turner Broadcasting channels — including Cartoon Network, CNN, Boomerang and Turner Classic Movies.     It is being reported that TNT has cancelled Perception after three seasons. The Eric McCormack procedural is the second show the network has axed this week. Though ratings were slightly down in Season 3 compared to Season 2, reasons for Perception's cancellation are unclear. The move could be in part related to TNT's recently-stated desire to transition to edgier programming under new president Kevin Reilly.     NBC has cancelled freshman series Camp. The Rachel Griffiths-led summer dramedy premiered in July but failed to find an audience over the course of its 10-episode run. Harmon was brought back as showrunner in Season 5 after being ousted the season previous. The show aired a total of 97 episodes since its premiere in 2009.     Cinemax announced today that Warrior has been renewed for a second season. The good news comes just three episodes into the action drama's run, which has so far been garnering a generally positive reception from both viewers and critics. Based on an original concept by martial arts legend Bruce Lee, Warrior follows Ah Sahm, a young martial arts prodigy in the 1870s who immigrates to San Francisco from China under mysterious circumstances after the Civil War.
