Benoist will play Kara Zor-El, an alien from Krypton who escaped to Earth during her home planet's destruction. It just felt a lot longer than those 190 minutes. A few hours ago yours truly wrote a post about Oscar hosts James Franco and Anne Hathaway were very winning in the show's opening moments. Consider that opinion revised. Hathaway remained a lively presence throughout the show and had a funny musical number about a third of the way into the broadcast, but aside from a couple of moments after the opening, the choice of Franco as her co-host didn't play nearly as well as the academy probably was hoping. A Wisconsin judge charged Diamond, 37, with reckless endangerment, carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred in a Port Washington bar late on Christmas night. On May 2, 1997, self-described Indonesian witch doctor Ahmad Suradji was arrested by authorities after three bodies were found buried in a sugarcane plantation near his home on the outskirts of Medan, the capital of North Sumatra, Indonesia. Ahmad, also known as Nasib Kelewang or Datuk Maringgi, initially confessed to killing 16 women over a five-year slaying period. Following his arrest the police discovered a chessboard with dates on all but two of the squares, apparently connected to the murders he committed. Due to the gruesomeness and number of murders, Russians considered reinstating the death penalty. He was born April 9, 1974, in Mytishchi, Moscow.
