Pop singer Miley Cyrus didn't get to where she is today by being shy. But even the star known for dancing dirty knows she has to stay clean. The "Wrecking Ball" singer posted a NSFW picture of herself taking a bubble bath on Instagram. Big deal, bubble bath shots are usually just slightly risqué, with bubbles strategically placed to leave a few things to the imagination. But Miley's bubble-bath shot is a little different. She's standing up, and there's a lot more skin on display than suds. While a packet of bubbles covers her, um, "lower area," the bubbles covering her breasts don't quite hide everything. The photo is part of a spread in V Magazine in which photographer a…

True Blood alum Michael Raymond-James was announced to have been added to the series on Saturday. His role will be a recurring one, though ABC and Once Upon a Time executive producers have been extremely tight lipped about exactly which role he'll be playing. Raymond-James is perhaps most famous for playing True Blood's first big villain; he played Rene in the show's first season. Following that, he nabbed a starring role on FX's canceled-too-soon Terriers. He also showed up in The Walking Dead's second season for one episode ("Nebraska"), in which he played a potential threat of a character who was quickly dispatched by Rick Grimes when he attempted to kill our heroes…

It's doubtful that he'll be using this as inspiration for his next book. Nicholas Sparks, whose popular romance novels have turned him into a household name in households that include members of the female sex, has separated from his wife of 25 years. Sparks confirmed the news himself. "Cathy and I have separated," he said. "This is of course not a decision we've made lightly," he continued. "We remain close friends with deep respect for each other and love for our children. For our children's sake, we regard this as a private matter." Sparks met Cathy during his senior year at Notre Dame and the couple wed in 1989. They are parents to five children, Miles, Ryan, Landon, …

And he's proud of all three descriptors in equal measure. Before social media and Twitter made every celebrity slipup or moment of weakness liable to be a viral sensation, a photo following Nolte's 2002 DUI arrest made the rounds on the web, with seemingly the entire world seeing and laughing at his shocked, matted hair, angry scowl and fantastic Hawaiian shirt. In a new feature interview with GQ, Nolte explains it all -- and has no desire to run away from what to many would be a total embarrassment. Nolte himself has never spoken about the infamous photo -- until now. In the latest issue of GQ magazine, Nolte reveals that the pic wasn't his mug shot at all, it was just a…

It just felt a lot longer than those 190 minutes. A few hours ago yours truly wrote a post about Oscar hosts James Franco and Anne Hathaway were very winning in the show's opening moments. Consider that opinion revised. Hathaway remained a lively presence throughout the show and had a funny musical number about a third of the way into the broadcast, but aside from a couple of moments after the opening, the choice of Franco as her co-host didn't play nearly as well as the academy probably was hoping. Franco is a very talented actor and has been fantastic in comedic roles on film. On live TV, though, his detached, isn't-this-ironic vibe came off more disinterested than hip.…

Franco and Hathaway each have a movie out right now, Franco's "127 Hours" and Hathaway's "Love and Other Drugs." Both films have been getting good reviews. Franco has even been in the conversation for an Oscar nomination, while Hathaway is considered more of a long shot. It would certainly be a different way to go from last year's hosts of Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin. But after our initial surprise, we found ourselves liking the idea. Franco would certainly be a breath of fresh air, while Hathaway has proven her comedic chops in movies like "The Princess Diaries" and "The Devil Wears Prada." Hathaway would be the first female host since Ellen DeGeneres in Feb. 2006 and …

For those who would give almost anything for a chance at superstardom, American Idol might be the entertainment industry's version of a Faustian bargain: Through 14 seasons, the very successful Fox show has exploited the fact that there are millions of singers who are willing to sign onerous deals for the chance to compete. But season 11 winner Phillip Phillips isn't going to let the deals he made as a precursor to his fame go unchallenged. On Jan. 22, Phillips lodged a bombshell petition with the California Labor Commissioner that asserts that Idol producer 19 Entertainment and its affiliated companies have "manipulated" him into accepting jobs since he hit it big. In a …

Phylicia Rashad is breaking her silence on the sexual abuse allegations against her longtime co-star Bill Cosby. The 66-year-old Tony-winning actress, who co-starred with Cosby for 10 seasons as Clair Huxtable on NBC's The Cosby Show, defended the embattled comedian. After first prefacing her comments by saying she didn't "want to become part of the public debate," she went on to say that she had never seen any behavior by Cosby to suggest there is any truth to the decades-old abuse allegations that have resurfaced in recent months. "Forget these women," Rashad said of the many women who have made claims in the media. "What you’re seeing is the destruction of a legacy. An…

With a name like Porsha, this shouldn't be a surprise. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams was pulled over for speeding and subsequently arrested for driving on a suspended license in Atlanta. The police took Williams, 33, to jail, where she posted a $1,726 bond and was released, but Williams claims she had a good excuse for zipping down the highway. "I was headed to visit my grandfather who is very ill with cancer in the hospital, and I was pulled over," she said in a statement. "I was wrong for speeding absolutely and apologize for putting anyone at risk. I tried to explain the situation to the officer and show him that all my paperwork was in order, but…

Randy Quaid and his wife went to Canada and now they're not allowed to come home ... so they're suing the United States Secretary of State so they can return to their homeland. Seems Randy and Evi are paying the piper for all the trouble emanating from some hotel hijinks. They skipped out on their $10K hotel bill in 2009 by using bogus credit cards. Criminal charges were filed but they evaded authorities and felony arrest warrants were issued. Randy and Evi went to Canada in 2010 but there was a big problem ... they're fugitives from justice because the felony warrants are still active. So the U.S. government revoked their passports. They've tried to get asylum in Canada…

Sean Penn & Charlize Theron got engaged this past November while visiting Paris. The couple "decided to take their relationship to the next level," a source told the magazine. Theron, 39, and Penn, 54, first stepped out together a year ago in December 2013. It's been quite easy for the couple to keep their engagement under wraps since there is reportedly no engagement ring. This would be the third marriage for Penn, who was married to Madonna for four years and to Robin Wright for 14 years. Theron has never been married before and has spoken out about her feelings against a typical marriage. "Let's put it this way: I never had the dream of the white dress. And watchin…

From June 1962 through January 1964, 13 single women between the ages of 19 and 85 were murdered throughout the Boston area. Many people believed that at least of 11 of these murders were committed by the same individual due the similar manner in which each murder was committed. It was believed that the women, who all lived alone, knew the attacker and let him in, or that he disguised himself as a repairman, or a delivery man to get the women to voluntarily let him into their apartments. “In every case, the victims had been raped – sometimes with foreign objects – and their bodies laid out nude, as if on display for a pornographic snapshot. Death was always due to strangu…
