It is being reported that Fox has made some scheduling changes to Lucifer, and will be moving the final four episodes of its current sophomore season to be part of Season 3. The result of that decision will see Season 2's tally drop from 22 episodes down to 18. It's not all bad news though, as the four episodes being shifted to next season are said to be mostly standalone in nature and will not play a big part in the ongoing storyline. The five remaining episodes in Season 2 begin airing on May 1, with the season finale scheduled for May 29. View full article

According to the casting sides, "Klaus is late-20′s to mid-30′s. He's handsome, charming, intelligent, with a sharp wit. He's the only person who can out-Damon Damon. That's because he's got a thousand years on him. Klaus is one of the Originals. Possibly the oldest. But you'd never know it because he keeps up with the times." Ooh, sounds sexy. We put our heads together and came up with our list of dream casting for the pivotal role, so here are our nine favorites. We tried to keep it to TV actors, because we can all dream big, but we're pretty sure that Tom Hardy and Leonardo DiCaprio are unlikely to swing by Mystic Falls any time this century. We just didn't figure it would be this way. Braff kinda-sorta makes an appearance in Wednesday's (Nov. 24) episode, and you can see it (along with the return of the cul-de-sac crew's pantomime murder-suicide) in the first clip below. The primary focus of the episode (called "When the Time Comes") is Thanksgiving -- and specifically Jules' (Courteney Cox) attempts to make the holiday romantic when she says "I love you" and Grayson (Josh Hopkins) doesn't reciprocate. The rest of the gang doesn't really think Thanksgiving can be made sexy, which is the subject of the second clip. Also, Travis (Dan Byrd) brings his roommate Kevin (LaMarcus Tinker) home for the holiday, giving…

Bela Kiss preyed on lonely women looking for love by placing ads in a Budapest newspaper, his ideal victim being a woman with lots of money and few personal connections. After murdering the women, he preserved the bodies in barrels that his landlord believed stored gasoline. There was only one male victim — a young artist with whom his wife had an affair. In 1932, an excited New York City detective named Henry Oswald said he was certain he had spotted one of the world's most wanted men strolling out of the subway at Times Square. Oswald tried to follow, but the man quickly vanished into the crowd. The detective was certain it was Bela Kiss, Hungary’s prince of love ’em…

Fox has cancelled new drama Alcatraz, which premiered earlier this year in January as a mid-season replacement. The series got off to a solid start in the ratings, but viewership dropped off significantly over the course of its 13 episodes. The show's last four episodes rated a series low 1.6 in the key adults 18-49 demographic, which was clearly not enough for Fox to bring back the series. Well, according to Bauer, things are still going well for him in Season 5. Zap2it caught up with Bauer at the "True Blood" Season 5 premiere in Hollywood where he told them that Andy will "get into some ladies." We asked, "Holly?" He said, "She's a sweet kind of a small town gal who happens to be a witch. But he's been exposed to so many weirdos at this point that he's fine with it." They asked him about the plural here. "Ladies?" "Well, maybe I was speaking as Andy and maybe overshooting, but you know at the end of last season, he was that guy who every guy thinks they may be someday, who actually ran into a gal in the woods and they had a thing," he says. It's like a…

When we caught up with Jared Padalecki on the set of Supernatural earlier this year, he told us that Sam's time in hell was worse than Dean's. "Crowley says, 'I can't imagine what it's like in the cage, and I can imagine so many things,'" Padalecki said, "So we get the idea that Sam was in the bad part of hell. He wasn't like, in the penthouse. He was slumming down there.'" "Sam's soul has been locked in the cage with Michael and Lucifer for more than a year," the angel says. "And they have nothing to do but take their frustrations out on him. If we try to force that mutilated thing down Sam's gullet, we have no idea what could happen. It could be catastrophic." Could it …

Paulin was born in Fort-de-France, Martinique. His father flew to France just after his birth, leaving his teen-aged mother to fend for herself and the baby. Paulin was raised in Martinique by his paternal grandmother, who owned a restaurant and allegedly paid little attention to her grandson. When he was ten, Paulin started to live with his now married mother, trying to blend in with his stepbrothers and sisters. His behavior started to become erratic and violent towards the other children, and eventually his mother asked his father to take their son to France. His father accepted in order to avoid paying alimony. Alternately dubbed the “Monster of Montmartre” and the…

The Showtime drama starring Michael C. Hall as a serial killer who targets other serial killers has officially been renewed for a sixth season. It's no surprise really considering the show is on pace to post its highest ratings ever with its upcoming finale. The Nov. 28 episode "In the Beginning" drew the second-highest number of viewers in the series' ratings history, just shy of the Season 4 finale. The steady growth could mean big things for the most recent episode, "Hop a Freighter," and the Dec. 12 finale. "'Dexter' is the best suspense drama on television," says David Nevins, Showtime's President of Entertainment. "To grow its audience so significantly in its fifth…

Ty Burrell says that we can look forward to his character Phil Dunphy and wife Claire (Julie Bowen) getting amorous, but we're not the only ones to witness the action. "This week we're taping an episode where the kids walk in on us while we're having sex," tells Ty. "It's a full 22-minute sex scene. Actually, it's sitcom sex, definitely appropriate." We didn't really expect ABC to go too racy with their Emmy-winning show with "family" in the title, but we do expect the subject to turn to the birds and the bees. "There's a difficult chat with the kids," Burrell confirms. "Phil comes through with shining colors as usual." Burrell won't be getting quite that much action on …

With a cast as fun as "The Vampire Diaries" regulars are, there's no end to the silly behind-the-scenes stories. We were on set with Zap2it's good friend Catalina Walsh as she got the backstage scoop from all your favorite stars. Paul Wesley, who was happy to do interviews despite having to come to work on crutches due to a badly sprained ankle, laughs, "It'll be interesting to see a Season 2 gag reel. On this set, we have fun, but we also take it really seriously, too. It's been so intense and we want to make it good so I can't think of any moments off the top of my head that are hilarious. We're always playing pranks on each other. That's incessant." Sara Canning,…

Kaspars Petrovs (born 1978) is a Latvian serial killer. He was convicted of the murder of thirteen elderly women by the Riga Regional Court on May 12, 2005 and sentenced to life in prison. He was also convicted of robbery and inflicting serious bodily injury. He had been charged with robbing and strangling 38 women between 2000 and 2003, but the Riga Regional Court said murder could only be proved in 13 of the cases. Many of the other women were initially thought to have died of natural causes and were buried without undergoing autopsies, Vitolina said. During the trial, Petrovs admitted robbing the women but said he strangled them only so they would lose consciousness…

Netflix confirmed today that the upcoming sixth and final season of House of Cards will be going ahead without any involvement from Kevin Spacey. The already-ordered season appeared to be in jeopardy after its star had allegations of sexual misconduct levied against him, resulting in a suspension of production in late October. With Spacey now removed from the veteran political drama, the final eight-episode season will proceed with Robin Wright in the lead - but it may be some time before its release. Production is not set to begin until sometime in 2018, which could mean a premiere either late in the year or even in 2019. Premiering in 2013, House of Cards was …

Dexter is closing in on everybody. In Sunday's (Nov. 28) episode "In the Beginning," everyone is getting closer to either the truth, capturing their prey or showing their hand. Deb (Jennifer Carpenter) and Quinn (Desmond Harrington) confront Jordan Chase (Jonny Lee Miller) about his missing head of security and his apparent lack of concern. It's fun to watch Deb because she's not one to hide her feelings, and Jordan definitely is feeling defensive. Don't poke the bear, Deb! Who knows who he'll take his anger out on next. At least she's not his "type." Speaking of "type," Lumen (Julia Stiles) has noticed that Emily Birch -- she of the blood necklace -- looks similar to he…
