Showtime has announced that Homeland has been renewed for a fifth season. The award-winning drama has continued to perform well for the network in its current season after a major character death in Season 3 forced it to hit the reset button.
12 new episodes of Homeland have been ordered Season 5, which is likely to return in fall 2015.
