Netflix announced today that Lost in Space has been renewed for a second season. The pickup comes a month following the release of the drama's freshman run, which has so-far been receiving mixed review from critics.
A re-imagining of the 1960s series of the same name, Lost in Space follows a future where Planet Earth is in crisis, and the Robinson family journeys to space with hopes of writing a new chapter in human history. But when their spacecraft crashes on a mysterious frozen planet, the family faces unknown dangers as they fight for their lives to escape.
Look for Season 2 of Lost in Space in 2019.
