Scream is an American horror television series about a YouTube video that goes viral and soon leads to problems for the teenagers of Lakewood and serves as the catalyst for a murder that opens up a window to the town's troubled past. It has been renewed for a second season. The horror drama, which is based on the film franchise of the same name, is currently halfway through its freshman season. Ratings have been solid so far, with the show seeing ratings increases with each new episode. A return date for Season 2 has not been announced, but look for a premiere around summer 2016.
