The Royals is an American television drama series about a fictional British Royal family set in modern day London, who inhabit a world of opulence and regal tradition that caters to any and every desire, but one that also comes with a price tag of duty, destiny and intense public scrutiny. The Network has announced that the show has been renewed for a third season. The sophomore series is the cable network's first original drama and has been drawing solid viewership since its premiere last year. E! has ordered another 10 episodes of The Royals for Season 3, which will likely premiere later this year.
