Jessie Blodgett was a talented 19-year-old musician andperformer. When she was found brutally murdered, strangled todeath in her own bed, fear descended on her small hometown ofHartford, Wisconsin. Authorities began investigating,focusing on those closest to Jessie, including an older manshe wrote about in her diary just hours before the murder butwas eventually cleared.
