Host Eric Adjepong welcomes three chocolatiers from Tennessee,Florida and California to the arena to take on classicallytrained Chef Alex Guarnaschelli in a competition for dessertdomination. The chefs must strategize what ingredients to usein round one in hopes of knocking Chef Alex out of thecompetition. In round two, the remaining chefs rely on theirknowledge of chocolate work to vie for the top spot and thechance to win ,000 as awarded by judges Valerie Gordon andJonathan Grahm.
