Joe Lycett is joined by Mo Gilligan for a tour of Cyprus,where they try their hand at making halloumi - but need to milksome goats to provide the vital ingredient. They take to thewater in a pair of mushroom boats and journey on to the ancientcity of Larnaca, where they visit the salt and pepper museumand take a quick trip to a beachfront bar.
