The theme of Season 23 of Hell's Kitchen is "Head Chefs Only"and these eighteen talented head chefs that come from allages, backgrounds, culinary specialties and restaurant typesare used to calling the shots. With such proved leaders in thekitchen, Chef Ramsay is setting the bar higher than everbefore. The eighteen contestants will set out to impress ChefRamsay in the Signature Dish Challenge before embarking ontheir first dinner service. For the first time in Hell'sKitchen history, the show will take place on the East Coast atthe Foxwoods Resort Casino.
