After spinning the wheel, each contestant isassigned a global cuisine that they must blend with the flavorsand traditions of their own heritage. Pushed to showcasecreativity and adaptability, the cooks must work withunfamiliar ingredients and techniques to create a successfulfusion dish. As the judges sample their way around the world,only one team will come out on top and earn an immunity pin.
