Chad Wysocki of Hoosick Falls, New York, is part of a newnationwide boom in home beer brewing. Chad works at a localbrewery by day, but in his down time, he dreams of having acabin in the woods to create his own special beer. Chad’sdairy farmer father, Jeff, longs for a place to relax afterhis hard days working on the family farm. The Cabin Kings aretasked with using materials found on the farm to build thisbackwoods brewing cabin — from a dilapidated corn crib withan old tin roof, to an 800-gallon stainless steel milk tank,to a rusted table saw.
