In their first challenge, the Finalists create and present aportable version of their favorite brunch dish to Giada DeLaurentiis and Bobby Flay. Then, guest judge Richard Blaispairs the Finalists into teams, who create a social mediapromo video for their own food trucks. These videos will beshown to food truck enthusiasts, who will get food from thetruck they most want to taste.
