During a joint operation between International Rescue and theGlobal Defence Force, a series of mishaps nearly ends indisaster. In the wake of the botched mission, Colonel MartinJanus takes over the GDF, imposing a strict set ofrestrictions on International Rescue. As Lady Penelope andParker attempt to reason with the colonel, they begin torealise that he is not quite what he seems - then it becomesapparent that he really is an imposter working for the Hood.
