The remaining contestants face a high-pressure team challenge,during which they must cook for food critics, chefs andjournalists at a pop-up restaurant on the beautiful Californiacoast. The young cooks will have one hour to serve deliciousscallop appetizers and another hour to dish out red snapperentrees to the guests. The winning team will go straight to thesemifinals, but two young chefs from the losing team will haveto leave the kitchen.
