But the series managed to attract around half a million viewers (if that) throughout its first season. NBC has cancelled Believe after one season. The freshman drama premiered in March but failed to attract viewers in its Sunday night time slot. The Wrap is reporting that NBC has worked out a deal with Conan O'Brien wherein he vacates the 11:35 pm "Tonight Show" in exchange for a $30 million payday.
