    ABC has renewed Scandal for a third season. The Shonda Rhimes political drama has come into its own since premiering in April 2012 for a short 7-episode run. A Wisconsin judge charged Diamond, 37, with reckless endangerment, carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred in a Port Washington bar late on Christmas night.
