The freshman drama premiered in late June, airing new episodes Sunday evenings where it has delivered fairly healthy ratings over its first seven weeks.     Freshman comedy Working the Engels has been cancelled after one season. The Canadian-based series, which starred Andrea Martin, was a collaboration between U.S. and Canadian entities - the first of its kind for a sitcom. NBC pulled Working the Engels from its schedule today, cutting its debut run short after just five episodes. Canadian broadcaster Global Television, which aired season one in its entirety earlier this year, announced that the show has been cancelled up north as well, citing low ratings as the primary reason.     ION Television has picked up the rights to Saving Hope in a deal that will see the Canadian medical drama return to the U.S. for the first time since 2012. The series first aired in the states on NBC two summers ago, where it lasted only 11 episodes before being cancelled from the network's schedule due to low ratings. The remaining first-season episodes were put up on nbc.com but the show's second season only aired to audiences up north. With Saving Hope moving to ION TV, U.S. audiences will now be able to watch the show's first two seasons plus its upcoming third season, which is currently in production.     CBS has cancelled Unforgettable after three seasons, marking the second time the network has axed the show. The first cancellation came after Season 1 in 2012 but the network ended up reversing its decision shortly after and brought it back as a summer series in 2013 where it fared better.
