According to this FOX News report Skii Bo Ski, who auditioned in Atlanta with "I Heard it Through the Grapevine," has several arrests in his past for such crimes as cocaine possession, marijuana possession with intent to distribute and resisting arrest.

Skii Bo Ski was last released from jail on Jan. 1, 2010. Hey, that's just in time to show up for "American Idol" Hollywood Week!
